In other words, the hapax initials we assembled from the eight pieces do not just subsist as letters; they establish a pipeline. Anyone operating with sliding trigrams will get the same ops line and realise the issue ships with its own key. Subsequently, bolting a step-down protocol by trimming one letter from the right and rescoring as we go so that the payload ‘arms’, the residue string pares itself down from OTPCBAHTPC (A1Z26 sum equals 104 with a digital root 5) to OTPCBAHTP (101→2), OTPCBAHT (85→4), OTPCBAH (65→2), OTPCBA (57→3), OTPCB (56→2), OTPC (54→9), and finally OTP (51→6), which is the neat little reveal: the payload collapses to a literal One-Time Password. The magic is that the residue reveals the credential. Two more trims leave OT (35→8), then O (15→6), and finally the null string at 0. Read as drift, the roots fall through 5→2→4→2→3→2→9→6→8→6→0, a gate that keeps reconfiguring itself until only a sole aperture remains, and then even that is gone.
