you may feel an overwhelming desire for change
when you read this
the urge to leave your desk
and buy a soft-bristled toothbrush
or to board the Sunset Limited
back when it went all the way to Miami
in many ways, not the worst problem to have
but keep in mind:
it’s the jokes you don’t tell
that make the music
when I leave and come back
